Blessings, Karen – so inspiring!
Karen, I was brought to tears while reading this. I was reminded of the many women (and men) forced into prostitution, addiction and eventually, homelessness with whom I have worked. Your involvement of those attending the SCNA weekend furthers the circles of goodness now surrounding this woman (and YOU!). Thank you for “being there” for these women. Janice Downs, SCN
My dear Karen, we are so proud and grateful for your ministry to these young women who are in need of a loving, accepting presence. Bless you!
Karen, your are indeed helping these girls. It is so sad but you give them hope. My prayers are with you and your ministry. God Bless. Barbara Spencer
Karen, thank you so much for sharing and reaching out to young women who have been abused and violated. Connie Tarallo
Individual stories give this whole issue and its horror the power to grip and convince us that we must do what we can to give a new start in life to girls like Lindsey. Surely we can all pray very specifically about the issue and for the girls–and the pimps, too. If we are called to more specific action, we’ll hear it, can’t miss it after hearing a story like this one. thanks for sharing, Karen.
Mary Ellen, SCN
Proud of your new ministry, Karen. May you touch many more lives!
Powerful! Thanks for sharing!
