Sisters in Botswana gathered in Metsimotlhabe on Saturday, Nov. 18, to bless Sister Vinaya as she is ready to take off for Kenya Exploration. The community presented her with a Kenyan flag and wished her with the words of Martin Luther King Junior, “Take the first step in faith. We don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step in faith.”
Also, this message just arrived from Sister Nancy:
We are all three at the Xaverian house in Nairobi! All well except for Sangeeta’s luggage that didn’t arrive! We fly to Bangoma tomorrow 11/21. Love and Prayers
All the Best dear sisters. May God be with you and guide you. Our Prayers are with you and the people of Kenya.
Of course every time I hear Kenya on the news, I think of you three wise women, on your way, searching for that star of wisdom. May you be guided on your journey by the Spirit.
May our God be present with all of you as you explore the possibilities of our new venture. May the Holy Spirit inspire you and fill you with wisdom to find the realities over there.
Hope Sangeeta got her luggage. I keep you in my prayers.
Dear Sangeeta, Nancy and Vinaya,
My love, prayers a nd as you further continue to explore.
I know God will take care of your every moment.
May you experience the companionship of our loving God in this journey.
May God bless you and those you visit on this special mission.
God be with you on your journey and keep you safe.
So glad to know that you all arrived safely. Hope that Sangeeta’s luggage catches up with you soon. You were remembered this morning in Paschal’s petitions. May Our Lady Seat of Wisdom be with you at every step of the way.
Continued prayers for luggage to be found. St Anthony turn around somethings lost and needs to be found. Thanks for update!
