Sister Luke Bioarski returned to the Motherhouse from Beattyville, Kentucky, with 16 students from Presentation Academy in Louisville, Kentucky. Two of their teachers, Johna Vittitow Fortener and Sister Amina Bejos accompanied the students on the mission trip. They assisted Dora Ross, the founder and director of Kentucky Cornerstone in preparing for her annual Christmas party.

The young women decorated the inside and outside of the center and kept v busy wrapping presents, sorting coats, and preparing blankets as special gifts for those of the Appalachian area. On Dec. 7 over 700 families will come through Ms. Dora’s doors to receive these precious gifts.
