At the request of the mission committee at Vincentian Academy High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Sister Luke Boiarski visited the school in March of 2017. She shared with the students about the volunteer ministry program and how they can become involved. As a result of the visit, Annie Maley led the student council in collecting sandals to be donated to children in Las Flores, Belize. Vincentian Academy students will also come to Nazareth, Kentucky, in October 217 to work as volunteers. In April 2018 students will go to Belize to build a home for a family.
