Volunteers with the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth have been working in the months of May and June at Women in Circle, a safe caring home for recovery in located Louisville, Kentucky. Their sweat equity is helping to ensure a welcoming space for women escaping homelessness where they may receive therapeutic counseling and the support they need to heal the trauma of abuse and addiction.

Sister Luke teamed up with a young artist, Kaema Ansera, to create a mural that will grace the front wall of the home. It is the Women in Circle logo, made up of eight hands in a circle. Last night they began the process of outlining the design with the use of a projector. The paint will come next. Stay tuned to see how it turns out!
