Sister Adeline visits Botswana

Adeline Fehribach is currently in Botswana visiting Sisters and their ministries. This is her first visit to Botswana, as the vice president and the CLT liaison for Botswana. She is currently in Metsimotlhabe visiting the Sisters, their hospice ministry, ministry to the sick in homecare program. The SCN Associates of Metsimotlhabe also spent an evening with her. She will be giving a one day workshop to all the SCN Associates on Saturday on the General Assembly Directives.

Nine volunteers from St. John’s Hollywood, Maryland, left for a mission trip to Belize on Sunday, March 26. This group is collaborating with Hand in Hand Ministries there to build a house for a mother and her three children. On Saturday, the team received orientation from Brenda Gonzales, SCN, and Laverne Schaefer, SCNA, after which a commissioning ceremony was held during the liturgy at St. John’s.
