The Sisters of Charity of Nazareth express gratitude to God for guiding their mission and service to the people of Botswana over the past 24 years. As we begin the Silver Jubilee year of dedicated presence within the Church and alongside the people of God in Botswana, we honor the SCNs who have ministered in Kanye, Lobatse, and Metsimotlabe since 2000. Their work has included education, care for the sick, and pastoral and social outreach.
To celebrate this milestone and open the Silver Jubilee year, the Sisters and Associates in Botswana will gather for a prayer service on Sept. 8. We join them in thanksgiving to God and the people of Botswana, praying that this Jubilee year brings abundant blessings and wonders.
Congratulations on your anniversary! You have given of yourself to the people of Botswana. May God continue to bless your ministry.
