At least thirteen people have died and dozens more injured as severe storms have brought flooding and tornadoes to Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi and Texas recently.

The SCN Disaster Relief team traveled on Monday, May 8 to Durant, Mississippi, the community served by the late Paula Merrill, SCN. They are helping clear yards of fallen trees and debris so that power can safely be restored to homes.

Please keep all those affected in the states across the south in your prayers as they work to restore their lives and homes.
