SCNs and Associates gathered at Metsimotlhabe for the Associate workshop cum celebration of St. Vincent ‘s Feast on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017. This was also the second formation day for the new batch of Associate candidates. They had very inspiring and thought-provoking sessions facilitated by Fr. Frank Phiri CSS, on the Spirituality of St. Vincent. The sessions were very vibrant as the group engaged in reflection and group sharing. Fr. Frank congratulated the SCNs and Associates for their compassionate service to the sick and the poor in Botswana and called on to continue their work with more enthusiasm and commitment and follow in the footsteps of St. Vincent.

At the Eucharistic celebration at the end of the day, six Associates renewed their commitment. The day concluded with a festive family meal. Botswana has nineteen Associates and five candidates who are going through a two-year formation program.
