Nepal Republic Day is celebrated on May 28 to mark the establishment of Nepal as a federal democratic republic after the monarchy was abolished in 2008. The day represents the triumph of democracy and is celebrated with parades, cultural events, and the hoisting of the national flag. It is a time to reflect on past achievements and renew the commitment to build a better future for Nepal.
