Prayer Service for Mother Catherine

Posted by Spalding Hurst

March 19, 2024

In honor of the Anniversary of Mother Catherine’s death (March 20), we offer this Prayer Service and invite all to come together to celebrate the life of this pioneer Sister. In a spirit of love, Mother Catherine reminds us all that “No one should be anxious to appear as having done more, nor others less. Our Community must be the center from which all good works must emanate, and in the name of Community, all must be done.”

Through our prayers and reflections, we honor her legacy. May her spirit of compassion and commitment be reflected in our actions as we serve others with love and humility, inspired by the enduring light of Mother Catherine’s guiding presence.
