Nurture Nature to Secure a Better Future

June 7, 2024

Nazareth School Chandapura celebrated ‘World Environment Day’ on June 5, 2024, with the goal of inspiring students to appreciate, protect and nurture our natural world. This event served as a wake-up call, encouraging students to actively participate in saving the environment from pollution and other pressing issues.

Grade 10 students organized a short program to raise awareness about the importance of environmental protection. One of the students delivered a speech highlighting the various challenges our environment faces and the dire consequences of pollution.

Additionally, a short skit performed by the students illustrated the dramatic changes Earth has experienced over the centuries. The celebration concluded with Grade 10 students planting saplings along the road at Bommasandra, in collaboration with the National Highway Authority of India.
