In 1976, the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth established Nazareth Home, a healthcare ministry with a mission to provide compassionate and welcoming health and wellness services for adults and families. Today, the award-winning organization has two campuses in Louisville, Kentucky, and has earned a 5-star rating for its long-term care and rehabilitation services.
