In Patna Province, 37 Sisters — mainly the coordinators, principals and administrators — gathered together for a two-day meeting at Nazareth Convent, Mokama on May 4-5, 2023. The meeting was facilitated by the Province Board, and began with a meaningful prayer reminding each one that leadership is not about function or bureaucracy but about awakening and empowering human presence.

There was a good participation in all the discussions and sharing pertaining to our life and mission. The focal points were community life, reviewing Province Assembly decisions and recommendations and finance. The sessions were very enriching and lively. On the second day, Sisters Roshini Pereira and Manisha Bara updated on financial matters in detail. Those present were very enthusiastic and actively took note of new policies and clarified their doubts.
