Sister Mary Loretto Krimple was my first grade teacher, at Our Lady of Sorrows, in Memphis Tennessee, many years ago. She was responsible for the conversion of my mother to Catholicism, and also managed to teach me how to curb my ADD,(which in those days was totally unknown). Because of her and several other SCNs I develop great study habits which I carried through to college years later. I was truly blessed to have her as my first grade teacher. She also chose me the carry the crown of the Blessed Virgin, for our May Crowning, a special day in my life which has never been forgotten. My memories of Sister are quite vivid and will remain with me forever.
