Sister John Edith was the perfect 1st grade teacher. She was very giving, diminutive & possessed the patience of Job. May perpetual light shine upon her.
Sister John Edith was my first grade teacher at St. Edward School in Brockton, MA. I remember her as kind and soft spoken. She challenged her students to do better every day. Her devotion to God and her students was remarkable. I received a letter from her about a year before she died. It was filled with nice memories and all her current news. Rest in peace, Sister.
