Nazareth Convent Mokama Sisters Celebrate International Yoga Day

Sisters and Candidates took part in the International Yoga Day by practicing yoga for thirty minutes at 5.30 pm on June 21, 2021, in the main chapel of Nazareth Convent, Mokama. The second-year Naturopathy medical student, Sister Snehlata Murmu, SCN, organized and conducted the yoga session with the help of audio-visuals. The young and the old alike participated in the session, some sitting on a chair and others, on the mat.

Some of the yogasanas that we did were Vakarasana, Ushtrasana, Bhujanganasana, pawanmukthansana, etc. The group was very enthusiastic about it.
