ignatiusmariabarbourIgnatius Maria Barbour, SCN, 85, a native of Louisville, Kentucky, died at Nazareth Home, Louisville, on Friday, Nov. 20, 2015. She had been a vowed Sister of Charity of Nazareth for 55 years.

Sister served in Child Care, Community Service, and various forms of Social Service for 49 years in Kentucky and Virginia. In retirement Sister served in the Apostolate of Prayer.

Survivors include a stepmother, Lillian O’Nan Barbour of Loretto, KY; two sisters, Leah Virginia Turner of Pewee Valley, KY and Mary Katherine Barbour of New Haven, KY; three brothers, Thomas, John and Donald Barbour, all of New Haven, KY, and her religious community.
