Carlette Gentle SCN, Kerry Rowland SCH, Miriam Juarez, and Lauren Sprigg traveled to Punta Gorda, Toledo, to visit with Higinia Bol, SCN. As part of their time together they had the blessing of the new Sisters of Charity of Nazareth home. Rev. Matthew Ruhl and associate pastor Rev. Sam Wilson of St. Peter Claver Parish officiated the blessing. Afterward, a delicious Mayan dish (caldo and corn tortillas) was shared and enjoyed by all.
“How great it was to have a community presence in Toledo even for a short while! Now, I look forward to the day when our two SCN Sisters from India will join me in community and ministry.,” said Sister Higinia.
A beautiful blessing for a beautiful home! I think the floors look like a work of art! May all be busy and blest here. Thanks for sharing the pics.
Beautiful pictures and a beautiful home to be enjoyed for many years and many SCNs.
Great picture! What a blessing to be surrounded by good friends to celebrate the blessing of the new home and ministry.
Abundance of blessings to all who live there now and in the future
What a delight to see the house. I hope that there will be many happy memories that arise thereand that it becomes a marker of SCN presence in the community.
May the blessings of the house be a sign that there will be more SCNs in PG soon.
How wonderful. So happy that our sisters and friends were able to join you on this special occasion.
So nice to see all gathered there. Blessings upon you Higinia. Happy Baron Bliss Day to all.
