The Sisters of Charity of Nazareth celebrated the graduation ceremonies of St. Bakhita Pre-School in Kanye and St. Mary’s Pre-School in Lobatse with meaningful events that highlighted the achievements of their students.
St. Mary’s Pre-School held its ceremony on Nov. 27, 2024, while St. Bakhita Pre-School followed on Dec. 3, 2024. Both events featured a variety of activities, including prayers, the national anthem, one-act plays, action songs, poem recitations, music, cognitive activities, and Christmas carols. The performances reflected the skills and knowledge the children gained during the year.
The ceremonies were attended by guests of honor, parish priests, board members, SCN Sisters, parents, and well-wishers. Their presence added to the celebrations, which concluded with a meal for all attendees.
The success of these events is credited to the dedication of the teachers, who worked tirelessly to prepare the students for their special day.
