Arunodaya Social Education Centre, Patna, held a graduation ceremony for 17 trainees of Batch 2022-23, on April 22, 2023, at Arunodaya. Sister Latika Kottuppallil, Provincial of Patna Province, was the chief guest of the ceremony. The program started with lighting the lamp and invoking God’s blessings. The trainees put on the gorgeous program, which included Nukkad (street play), Kavali, songs, varieties of dances, sharing of Arunodaya experiences etc.
All the items depicted good moral values. Sister Teresa Madassery welcomed the gathering. In remembrance of Baby Rupa, the student of this batch who passed away recently, the assembly stood for one minute in silence. Sister Latika distributed certificates to each of them. In her message, Sister Latika congratulated the students and staff for preparing the beautiful program in a short time. She also complimented their improvement within these 10 months of their training. Most of the students got jobs. Every year Arunodaya prepares young women for office work and it is a great help for them to learn and earn a living. Congratulations, Sister Teresa Madassery and staff for empowering the young women to face their future with great confidence!
Wishing I could hear the music and watch the dancing. Thanks for sharing such an important day in the lives of these young women.
Praying the jobs go well.
