Great work, Marie. Ukraine was famous for their eggs in the past. Just received first prize here for my “Easter” themed door wreath which was an enlarged wreath of the prayer for Ukraine encircled by white roses. Prize was $75.00.
I guess it will be fun to eat some wooden Easter eggs. I am glad the sisters at Nazareth are having some entertainment decorating real and wooden Easter eggs.
They look great. The Sisters of St Basil in Uniontown make and sell their beautiful eggs. I believe that they are called Pisanka. They use bees wax and a stylist to do theirs. Who knows, our sisters just might be on to something.
Blessings
