Representatives of the Central Kentucky Community Foundation, a philanthropic resource supporting community nonprofits, presented a check for $200 to the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth on May 12, 2023. The check was for two awards won by the Sisters during an online fundraising campaign, Kentucky Gives Day, which took place on May 9.

During the SCN’s campaign, more than $7,000 was raised to support efforts to combat hunger in Kentucky. CKCF awarded the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth $100 as third place winner of the Most Dollars Raised category for participating CKCF partners and $100 for Most Unique Donors.
