The Dangriga Associates took part in a Lenten retreat entitled, “The Way of Light,” from Friday March 17 to Saturday March 18. The retreat was hosted by SCNs Carlette and Kerry.
The Associates were given time to check in with each other to share their joys and challenges, while allowing time for others to hear them and offer support and care. On Saturday, the day was filled with time for reflection, journaling, prayer and sharing as 16 slides of the passion, death, resurrection and pentecost was shared.
At the end of the retreat, Associates were put in pairs to anoint each other to be sent forth to be the light of Christ.
Wow! How wonderful to see you at your retreat . It sounded so very special.! You had two great retreat leaders!! What a wonderful way to celebrate Lent and to open to God for Easter!
